GIR reporting for duty!

For Halloween I made my little cutie-patootie a GIR costume! He wore this Trick'R'Treating (a whopping 9 people knew what the costume was! Score!) and to Free Comic Book Day Halloween Edition 2015 at PackRat Comics! Sadly he didn't place in the costume contest but my little (at the time) 16mth old was a hit with the costumed Geeks and Nerds (ahhh my people) and got many pictures!

We also met Wolfgang Parker who was promoting his newest book series! Rockin! I still have his Hep City Swing CD.

The costume is made of warm fleece and the legs had to be cinched because they were too long but that means he can grow into it! He loooooooved it! He wanted to wear it all that week and cried when I had to take it off him. And it was so warm he didn't have to wear a coat to T'R'T in Ohio's crappy autumn weather! Best of all I was able to finally use that freakin big zipper I had for like 7 years!

I am proud of this costume and my little GIR who ran around like a nut! I just imagined if he could say more than Mumma and Daddy, he would have been screaming WAFFLESSSSSSS!
